Feminine gamification viewpoint: Are women more practical minded?
This week I had the privilege and joy to be involved in a number of workshops with a good representation of both genders present. In my observation it seemed the conceptualisation and positioning for power plays was very much dominated by the men in the room, yet when it came to questioning what are we actually going to do with all this and how will we implement it practically came from the ladies corners. Now I don’t want to over-generalise because this could just be the dynamic of the group we were in, but in my personal experience it isn’t an isolated situation, but that again could just be how I have seen things.
