Gamification in marketing has the potential to spread your message wider, 3Radical’s mobile gamification marketing platform enables this process. For DBS an Asian bank they set up a spin and win game for loyalty card holders in their DBS lifestyle app. The bank teamed up with a food fair and by spinning the wheel, customers could receive immediate money off coupons and rewards that they could cash in at the fair.
The results were that it increased use of the app as well as more engagement on social media for the savour event.
