In the world of gamification there are a few schools of thoughts on whether to make it compulsory as part of business or voluntary. When you compare it to taking part in sports in school, which ones did you enjoy more? The compulsory physical education class or a sports team you joined or even tried out for in order to gain a place on the team?

It is an ongoing debate and we would love to hear your thinking on why business gamification should be either voluntary or enforced?
