Gamification Nation Ltd, winner of the ‘Outstanding Gamification Agency Award 2017’, is a boutique gamification design consultancy, set up by An Coppens in 2012 after she realized she had actually been working with game elements in her career to date in areas such as learning and development, business coaching and corporate roles. The company is based in London and has clients around Europe, North America and Asia. Our solutions are designed to encourage winning behaviours and improve business results.
We have worked with a number of public service organisations to promote climate awareness, set up learning communities, increase employee engagement and internal achievement and enhance their internal learning experiences. For corporate clients, we have delved deeply into topics such as enhancing sales through gamification, innovative recruitment, employee engagement, policy compliance and learning and development. For small to medium-sized businesses we have assisted in website gamification to attract clients, internal process gamification to run and grow the business, membership community management with game elements to build a sense of community and buzz.
Projects have ranged from developing engaging e-learning through adding gamification, to designing a vibrant learning community, encouraging collaboration across teams, sales effectiveness and financial process compliance such as bringing expenses in on time and driving specific expenses down, application improvement, mini-game development, etc.
In all projects, An Coppens will take an active interest and other team members may also be involved in gamification design, UX, graphics and technical development as a member of the Gamification Nation team.
