With the Gamification World Congress 2016 only a few days away, I thought it would be good to share my talk from last year. In fact on the workshop day this year, I will be sharing the research I came across to make a case for inclusive design that appeals to different gender, but also age and cultural context. As part of the workshop we will be applying it to a number of tools to check if they are inclusive or not.
I am also thrilled to be the only lady in the top 5 nominees for biggest contribution to the industry this year. I am in fabulous company with some great male gamification designers too, who have all done something to promote our work.
