Feminine gamification viewpoint: why empower ladies?

I have for some time admired the work of Bill and Melinda Gates and their efforts to address some of the worlds’ biggest issues from health to wealth to education and then some. At the beginning of 2015 he set out in his letter how he wanted to address some of the key issues with a long term plan. Here is how he looked at why it is important to empower women:

In the behavioural economics research I shared under this topic, a similar suggestion comes through that by empowering women thanks to the nurturing nature of ladies in most societies the impact will spread wider through their children and their communities.
