Most of the clients we work with have made us swear to secrecy and sign non-disclosure agreements, hence the best we can do in these cases is to share who we have worked with and invite spontaneous feedback, which you can read below.
Knowledgable, thorough and will tell it like it is
“I have long been a follower of Gamification and everything that An does (she probably got me hooked in early on) and when the opportunity arose to take part in what she does, I jumped at it. I was not disappointed at all – the content was simple and effective, thought provoking but most of all, practical and can be applied to any business. Since implementing a few of the techniques we learnt during the 5 weeks, we have noticed a significant increase in guest participation throughout our program, even though we only thought the introductions of Gamification principles would go un-detected – they obviously have. We are now starting to set additional time aside in our planning process so that we can introduce further concepts and ideas and look forward to it all. If you are considering working with An, I would highly recommend it – she is knowledgable, thorough and above all else, will tell it like it is which is not something that many people do these days.”

Best choice in lab leader at HR Tech World
An has proven to be our best choice in a lab leader on Gamification in HR.
This year at HR Tech World Congress we scheduled over 190 speakers with amazing content but An stole the show with a packed workshop, which left little standing space and the attendees asking for more.
We look forward to confirming Ms. Coppens in the future for our events as we grow our community and Gamification becomes the future of work.

An’s enthusiasm and knowledge for Gamification is infectious
I met An a few years ago at a Business Conference, I was interested and fascinated as she told me about Gamification.
A few years later I was over the moon to be invited to go to spend a week in Ancona Italy, with 30 other delegates from 6 other European countries to learn all about Gamification at the Gamification Academy. An was one of the main key speakers.
An’s enthusiasm and knowledge for Gamification is infectious. During her talks I learnt so much about Gamification and how to use the science of gaming to motivate and inspire people in non-gaming situations.
She created a really inspiring and lively environment where we were able to explore and learn how to implement gamification into real life business situations.
I look forward to working with An and learning more about Gamification and how it can be used in the world of business and Learning and Development.
