Join the team

Gamification Nation is looking for some freelance members of the team.

At Gamification Nation we do our best to provide a quality service with a personal touch, our work tends to be bespoke for most clients and we tend to work collaboratively with clients to deliver projects. The way we work is that we only bring in talent when we know there is a significant amount of work or some very specific tasks that need to be done. In order to have a competitive edge, we scale up and down in team members depending on the projects. It allows us the flexibility to take on larger projects but also gives everyone in the equation the flexibility and freedom to work on other projects and enrich their experience. When we engage you, we then expect you to be able to hit the ground running with an introduction to the task, the project and the client obviously.

The founder of the company is female and wanted to bring a feminine voice and more inclusive designs to the world of gamification and serious game design. Her ambition to have a gender balanced team. If you are on board with working on inclusive design and are willing to stretch a bit outside of the box of the regular, then you may well be the calibre person we are looking for.

Currently, we are experiencing steady growth and we may need some people with very specific skill-sets to join the team on a freelance basis. All of our work is organised in remote and collaborative teams, so great online communication and self-starter mentality is a must.
